The SCOR Implementation workshop seeks to increase each participant’s depth of understanding of the SCOR Project Roadmap and develop knowledge and skill of how to produce key project deliverables for project-based or enterprise-scale SCOR implementation. It covers the basic information on the SCOR roadmap, SCOR & Operations Strategy, SCOR & Material Flow, SCOR & Information/Workflow, and SCOR Development, Test & Rollout. Blending hundreds of SCOR projects worth of experience and a hands-on instructional design, this workshop will provide activities, tools, lessons learned, techniques, and example templates simulating a real SCOR project in an example company based on the Supply Chain Excellence text by Peter Bolstorff.
