The SCOR Framework workshop introduces attendees to the full scope and contents of SCC’s SCOR framework. The intention is to understand the major process components of the framework (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Return, Enable) from a supply-chain perspective and how to use them to model supply-chains, understand the key supply chain performance indicators of the framework and how to choose the right indicators to characterize supply chain performance, and understand the key best practices for use in benchmarking and performance improvement.
